NEW BORN COMPLEX
Now we are building : New Born Complex,Villa Residences near Lalzi Bay at Durres,Albania. New Born offers a completely unique experience for its residents. Respecting the natural relief, the architectural solution enables each villa the stunning views of the surrounding area of the sea. The orientation also, is a result of a long and careful study of the sun movement from east to west, for a maximum use of light and its heat. Thanks to the perfect location, away from city noises and dust, the complex allows you also to enjoy wonderful views of Adriatic sea and the wonderful seacost line.
New Born is a project realized in cooperation with prestigious and professional design studios, which have proven that they are able to fulfill not only projects, but to determine lifestyles.The complex has 66 villas and 150 apartments.Total area of the constructing site is 70 000 m² and the area of the buildings is 23 175 m² .In the project we have 5 types of villas that are combined with each other to bring a dynamic architecture. While the apartments ,they are part of 3 storey buildings, as we call them the villettes.We have 3 types of apartments 1+1,2+1,and duplex ones.All the apartments have direct contact with the nature and they create a friendly environment for all .
New Born is a big project and very dynamic from its architectonic shapes .The cost of the project is 16 million euros and we are strongly investing in constructing with a high quality .Our company is working very hard to success and finish the project in time as always we do.
