Rolling Hills
An other ambitious project that we have constructed is “Rolling Hills Luxury Residences” . “Rolling Hills Luxury Residences” is located in the South East of Tirana, Petrela region, about 4 km away from the city center, 25 km from “Mother Teresa” airport and it is only a few meters from the newest and largest commercial center “Tirana East Gate”. This is one of the newest areas of Tirana showing fast urban development, and in the next 20 years it will be mainly developed with luxury residences, recreation and park areas.The complex area is 212,000m², and the building area is 40,000m². The complex has 122 luxury villas, a club house, 1 park of 17,565m² and other common surfaces .
The amount of investments for this project was 5 million euros.And now we are very proud of the work we have done as part of the construction group and partners of the project.
